What you'll be responsible for:

Participating in the design and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency.
Assisting in the testing and validation of financial software applications.
Working in various financial applications to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure systems are maintained.
Being a Key player in the implementation or sunsetting of enterprise applications.
Serving as the back up role for Data Administrator. This role has an 80% focus on IT support and 20% on data support for internal employees and clients.
As a Data and Technology team member serving as a point of contact for supporting Advisors with
user access for Sowell enterprise systems and assisting them with training and troubleshooting.
Managing the licensing of systems across the business.
Managing vendor relations and vetting.
Managing hardware inventory.
Enforcing cybersecurity rules and regulations across the business.
